We provide educational services but do not guarantee job placement. Our liability is limited to the course fee paid in the last 6 months. WENX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. Users may terminate accounts by written request, subject to outstanding dues.
