This six-month professional course is designed to equip learners with expertise in outsourcing, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), and global business operations. In today’s corporate environment, outsourcing has become a key business model, enabling companies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and focus on their core competencies.


The course begins by explaining the fundamentals of outsourcing, including why businesses outsource and the advantages it provides. Students will learn different outsourcing models such as onshore, offshore, and nearshore outsourcing. Next, the BPO module covers customer support, technical support, back-office operations, HR outsourcing, finance & accounting outsourcing, and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO).

Additionally, this program trains learners in business communication, project management, international client handling, and leadership skills required to work in multinational corporations. You will also gain an understanding of process automation, CRM tools, workforce management systems, and global compliance standards.

Real-world case studies from top BPO companies like Accenture, Genpact, Wipro, and Infosys BPO are integrated into the training. Students will also participate in projects that simulate real outsourcing environments, preparing them to work as process managers, outsourcing consultants, or operations leads.

The internship ensures direct exposure to BPO and global business projects, giving students hands-on learning before entering the workforce.
